Work setup: Hybrid (2x a week in the office)
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM UK time (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM PH time / 4:00 PM - 12:00 MN), adjusting with UK daylight saving changes.
Pay range: Php 30,000 to 36,000

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Manila team. This role will support the efficient management of customer data, billing processes, credit control administration, stakeholder communication, and group cashier and banking tasks to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
What will you do as an Accounts Receivable Specialist?
In this role, you will oversee critical financial processes to ensure smooth operations within the Global Revenue Team. Key responsibilities include:
Maintain and update Customer Master data, ensuring adherence to business processes and service standards.
Prepare and process billing documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for group invoicing.
Support credit management by handling administrative tasks and liaising with stakeholders to resolve disputes.
Perform cashier and banking duties, including handling multi-currency payments, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, audit standards) and propose improvements to processes.
Qualification
What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
You will be an ideal candidate for this role if you have at least 3 years of experience in transactional and operational finance, with proven exposure to the following:
Managing the billing lifecycle-from preparation, verification and processing of manual invoice requests.
Customer account reconciliations and processing of multi-currency transaction, and processing of bank statements.
High level of proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly for MS Excel and its data analytics functions, with familiarity in SAP being a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation
Exemplary level of detail-orientation to identify errors in transactions and maintain accuracy in reporting and processing.
Global Exposure: Experience working in multinational or regional settings (e.g., APAC, EMEA, or North America) is a plus.
In addition to the skills above, the ideal candidate for this role would also be someone who enjoys being an independent worker and has an eye for process improvement and implementation, with a passion for ensuring a high level of efficiency and quality is maintained throughout the service being delivered.
