We are looking for a Compliance Officer (Inspections) to join our Manila Compliance team. This exciting and dynamic position working on inspections will give you the opportunity to undertake a wide range of tasks. You will be arranging and following up on quality assurance activities with exam centres across the world and online Exam Preparation Reviews to organise. You will work with a team of external inspectors to ensure that they have the tools they need to successfully conduct their inspections and Exam Preparation Reviews, and will play a key part in their recruitment and training. You will also collaborate with customers and other stakeholders, helping to ensure learners in a diverse range of countries and settings have equal and fair access to exams.
What will you do as a Compliance Officer (Inspections)?
As a Compliance Officer (Inspections), you will collaborate with customers and other stakeholders, helping to ensure learners in a diverse range of countries and settings have equal and fair access to exams.
You will also be expected to:
Plan face-to-face inspection programmes and online Exam Preparation Reviews, including risk assessments and prioritising centres due to be visited
Arrange flights, accommodation and other logistical arrangements with assistance from the Cambridge Assessment Travel Office and external providers
Support inspectors in the conduct of their inspection programmes and Exam Preparation Reviews
Follow up with exam centres to ensure that issues identified are resolved
Recruit and train inspectors (including preparation and delivery of both online and face-to-face training and conferences)
