The role will support the venues operations team with a variety of administrative tasks and in managing queries, liaising with venues and internal stakeholders, and providing assistance on a day-to-day basis.      What will you do as a CRM Coordinator?    You will also be expected to: 
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data quality standards. 
  • Generate, analyse, and interpret CRM reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Manage and prioritize CRM-related support requests, including raising system tickets and coordinating with technical teams for resolutions. 
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support CRM system development and automation projects. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Global Marketing, Customer Support) to implement and optimize CRM strategies and processes.

      What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?  You will be an ideal candidate if you possess strong written and verbal communication skills and can provide exceptional support to internal teams and stakeholders. You should have a proactive approach to managing data, maintaining data quality, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards. Furthermore, you must be able to collaborate effectively across departments, resolve queries efficiently, and drive continuous improvement in CRM processes.    Having the skills, knowledge, or experience on the below would also be essential: 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI and Power Query. 
  • Solid understanding of data protection regulations and best practices. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.   
  •   Note: This role will be supporting UK working hours (08:00 to 16:00 UK time | 15:00 to 23:00 PH time).
