Currently we use Salesforce.com as the main application platform for over 1100 field-based sales representatives, and around 140 global and local marketing executives. This role will work closely with the CRM Solutions Owner who will act as sign off for final solutions. You will work alongside our Salesforce Developer and Administrator to ensure agile route to delivery. Other key responsibilities will include:
  • Work with Salesforce platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hubspot Marketing Hub to support critical business functions and prove high level solution designs, analyzing best in class options.
  • Support the Solutions Owner in implementation of prototypes and proof of concept projects to include software development, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as producing technical documentation.
  • Create delivery tickets, comprehensive handovers and solution design documentation and handover to the team to deliver to the live environment.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to troubleshoot and obtain detailed data models and implementation details to support building prototypes.
  • Work to brief independently and adopt a best practice approach to identifying solutions, promoting standards-based architectures.
  • Understand, analyze and try out high level solution designs with advanced complexities.
  • Design and implement technical services for data integration (SOAP / REST, APIs) and working closely with the Integration team.
  • Build marketing emails using HTML, RSS, programmatic coding within Hubspot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Feed into high level solution designs in collaboration with the solution owner.

    Qualification

    What makes you the ideal candidate for this role? The ideal candidate must possess below:
  • At least 2 years of experience in development and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hubspot Marketing Hub including Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, configuring API events, programmatic coding for email.
  • Proficient in SQL and JSON coding languages.
  • Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I or similar) is a strong plus. If you have hands-on expertise that has not been certified, you will need to demonstrate active knowledge during the hiring process.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification would be advantageous.
  • Must have Salesforce Sales Cloud Lightning experience.
  • Proficient in the full Hubspot Marketing Hub offering.
  • Proficient in the full Salesforce offering such as Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Any additional experience in Service Cloud is a bonus.
  • Skills in Web Services (Rest/SOAP) and understand data and integration patterns for CRM.
