  • Develop and implement an educational strategy aligned with the business development plan.
  • Attend and present in educational conferences with the Philippine commercial team to represent and communicate teaching and training demands, as well as commercial and academic needs
  • Develop and run teacher training and candidate workshops in key markets as required
  • Provide expert advice and training to identified universities as preparation partners for candidates.
  • Promote the program and create effective new pathways for diverse markets.
  • Ensure teaching materials and resources are updated.

    Qualification

    What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?  You will be an ideal candidate if you are:
  • A master's or bachelor's degree-holder in education with a Philippine teaching licence (PRC) majoring in English.
  • Having at least 5 years of relevant English language teaching experience.
  • Confident and engaging public speaker with excellent presentation skills and English language proficiency.
  • Strong time management skills, substantial experience in training materials preparation using relevant technology and in delivering seminars and webinars.
  • Must be open to a hybrid setup and willing to work physically in the Head Office on an agreed number of days per month. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
