This role will support the efficient management of customer data, billing processes, credit control administration, stakeholder communication, and group cashier and banking tasks to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.   What will you do as a Global Revenue Assistant?   As a Global Revenue Associate, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer master data, assisting with billing processes, supporting credit control administration, liaising with stakeholders, and performing various cashier and banking tasks to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations across Global Revenue Team.   You will also be expected to:
  • Create and maintain Customer Master data in line with business processes and service level agreements.
  • Assist in preparing and processing billing documents to ensure accurate and efficient invoicing for the Group.
  • Support the credit team with administrative tasks, enabling credit controllers to focus on proactive credit management.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient completion of administrative tasks, including managing the credit control email inbox, sending copy invoices, and logging disputes.
  • Perform group cashier and banking tasks, including processing bank statement transactions, handling multi-currency card payments, processing cheques, and reconciling customer accounts.
  • Respond to internal and external queries, log invoice disputes, compile data for reports, and propose process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, legal, GDPR, and system integrity requirements.

    Qualification

      What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?   You will be an ideal candidate if you have strong background in transactional finance / B2B credit management environment, able to communicate effectively and have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.   Having the skills, knowledge, or experience on the below would also be essential:  
  • Ability to follow and understand processes.
  • Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail would be essential working across all three Global Revenue teams.
  • Flexible approach to work as dictated by business needs.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and other Microsoft Office Tools.
