The role will be responsible for providing administrative and logistics support, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR-related activities and acting as a key contributor to making us a Great Place to Work.       What will you do as an HR Coordinator?     As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of HR activities and serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of various HR services.     You will also be expected to: 
  • Provide administrative and logistic assistance to the Talent Management and Retention team during company engagement and L&D activities. 
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. 
  • Manage and process HMO feedback forms, ensuring timely resolutions and coordination with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Regularly update and refresh the content of internal Employer Branding materials to reflect current branding strategies. 
  • Create and submit reports as requested to support evidence-based decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organisation Psychology, Social Science, Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications 
  • Proficiency in the use of MS 365 Applications, mainly Excel, Powerpoint, Sway, Word 
  • Experience in managing or contributing in small- to large-scale projects 
  • Strong organisation and time management skills 
  • Experience in presentations, storytelling, and conducting research  
  • Ability to efficiently collect, organize, store, manage, and analyze data
