Employment type: Permanent Location: Makati City, Metro Manila Work setup: Hybrid (open to 2x a week in the office) Work schedule: 4PM to 12AM Manila time Pay range: Php 23,000 to 27,000   Discover a world of endless possibilities with Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a distinguished global academic publisher and assessment organisation proudly affiliated with the prestigious University of Cambridge.   We are seeking a Legal Operations Administrator to join our Manila Legal & Business Affairs Team. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient operation of the Legal Operations function. You will support the L&BA department locally and in the UK by managing team coordination, platform administration, mailbox management, data privacy requests, and various administrative tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining the department's efficiency and effectiveness.     What will you do as a Legal Operations Administrator?   As a Legal Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Legal Operations function within the wider Legal & Business Affairs (L&BA) department. Your expertise and insights will be essential in managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the department runs smoothly.  Key responsibilities include handling shared mailboxes, coordinating team updates, organizing training sessions, and performing ad hoc tasks to maintain efficiency and compliance.   Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintain distribution lists, calendars, and organizational charts.
  • Manage administrative tasks, generate reports, and oversee user permissions for Ironclad and One Trust platforms.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes, respond to inquiries, and process data privacy requests.
  • Perform contract searches, document management, and assist in preparing reports.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Proficiency with software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and strong discretion in handling confidential information.
