We are seeking a Pricing Coordinator to support the Pricing Analyst and Pricing Manager, handling daily pricing inquiries, maintaining records, creating fee lists, and updating competitor pricing. A basic understanding of data analysis is helpful, with opportunities for skill development. This role is vital to maintaining our pricing strategy and competitive edge. What will you do as a Pricing Coordinator? Your responsibilities will include:

Serve as the 1st point of contact for BAU pricing-related queries, manage the pricing inbox, and facilitate communication across departments.

Organise meetings and document important information

Assist in creating and maintaining our annual fees list and ensure changes are communicated.

Maintain accurate records of competitor pricing and update the Pricing Analyst and Pricing and Insight Manager of any changes.

Support the function on projects, using basic data analysis to contribute to the pricing strategy.

Qualification

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role? The following skills and experience will make you an ideal candidate for this position:

With strong written and spoken English and mathematical skills.

Previous experience in an administrative role with clear written communication and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential. Basic knowledge on SharePoint and Power BI would be advantageous.

Ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines.

Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and communicate to a wide range of stakeholders.
