We are looking for Salesforce professionals to join our growing application team. Currently we use Salesforce.com as the main application platform for over 1100 field-based sales representatives, and around 170 global and local marketing executives.
The Sales, Marketing and Customer Services application team covers the full software lifecycle from business requirements, through solutions design, development and testing, and finally into everyday service and support.

What will you do as a Salesforce Application Analyst?
As a Salesforce Application Analyst, you will participate in requirements gathering, planning, development, deployment, training and maintenance of applications in the CRM team. You will also help with the transition from project implementation to a ‘business as usual' support model.
Working under the supervision of the Salesforce Team Lead, you will:
Proactively communicate with colleagues in response to incidents and requests through voice/video calls and screensharing where appropriate.
Configure Salesforce platform to support intermediate to advanced business functions and meet internal stakeholder requirements and company goals.
Work alongside various business areas to understand their processes and the requirements.
Facilitate customers from across Cambridge University Press and Assessment to work together more collaboratively.
Qualification
What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
The ideal candidate must possess below:
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working in the Salesforce platform. Has experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
Salesforce Certification (ADM201 and/or ADM211) is a strong plus.
Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
Must have Lightning experience.
Knowledge in full Salesforce offerings such as Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
