Provide 3rd level support for MM, related interfaces, and reports.

Resolve cross-functional incidents and service requests.

Collaborate with business representatives and the Centre of Excellence to design suitable solutions.

Understand and challenge complex business requirements, communicating with various stakeholders.

Perform hands-on configuration and customization.

Conduct root cause analysis.

Develop functional specifications and test strategies.

Support SAP implementations at Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?   The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:  

2+ years of experience in the SAP Material Management module. 

Involved in at least one full life cycle SAP MM implementation project. 

Knowledge in ECC 6. 

Demonstrable ability to work as a team, desire to problem solve, stakeholder management experience, and initiative and thirst to develop your career and knowledge 

In addition, experience, knowledge or expertise in the following would give you an advantage: 

Configuration and customization experience in MM ideally with both a project and support background. 

Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). 

Interfaces/integration with non-SAP systems. 

Integration with other modules of SAP (FI/PS/SD/etc.) 

Working in a user-facing support role. 

Delivering business change and process improvement initiatives through SAP. 

Transforming business requirements into solution designs.
