Job Description

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist who will be part of the Manila AP Team within the Finance Shared Service Centre. The primary purpose is to effectively manage and maintain UK invoices mailbox and reconciled statements to ensure that all supplier invoices, credit notes and payments have been correctly posted to the ledgers.

Qualification

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial transactions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

Preferably Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related filed.

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in similar role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in using accounting software (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
