The mandate of DPWH Cagayan First District Engineering Office is to undertake technical surveys, investigations, studies and analysis for project development. It is responsible for the design of projects assigned to it for implementation. These are construction, rehabilitation and repair of national roads, bridges and public buildings within the First District of Cagayan. The Agency's registered office is located in Minanga, Aparri, Cagayan.
