Osias Educational Foundation is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

The Osias Educational Foundation then Osias Colleges saw its birth in the summer of 1947. "The best way to begin is to begin", was the slogan of Dr. Camilo Osias, its founder. The college absorbed the former Balaoan Institure, a pre-war high school, which was headed by Mr. Eleno Orallo, one of the incorporators of the school and a former Chancellor.

The Osias Education Foundation headed by the present administration continues to expand its services to the community and to prepare graduates who are globally competitive.
