About Pasig Catholic College

The Catholic School, the right arm of the church in the evangelization of God’s people, is charged with the duty of developing a Christian who not only knows the dogmas and doctrines of his Church, but also makes them his way of life. It builds and strengthens his sense of duty and purpose, a sense of personal, civic, and moral responsibility. It demands that charity and justice must permeate all his activities, thus leads him to realize that he is serving the Heavenly Father through his fellowmen. It brings him up to see life in terms of service to God and society. The final test, therefore, of the success or failure of a Catholic School in educating the students is the degree to which it has developed a human concern for another human. Catholic Education hinges around the basic Christian message: LOVE GOD, LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR.

In the Catholic School System, the aims and objectives are enhanced and ennobled by the CATHOLIC PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE, which recognizes both the eternal destiny and earthly existence of every human being. In keeping with this philosophy of life, Pasig Catholic College derives its basic reason for being from its total commitment to the development of an authentic, Christian Filipino, equipped with strong moral and socio-cultural values, adequate in practical knowledge, and capable of meeting the challenges of life.

Pasig Catholic College as an educational institution dedicated to the service of the Church in the educational apostolate, has the obligation of molding the child into a man who has developed all his skills and potentials that will enable him to live in a society where he can use such skills and potentials not only for himself but also for his fellowmen. It is expected from every student the zealous acquisitions of proper skills and relevant knowledge coupled with proper attitudes, habits, values and morals that will help him achieve a feeling of adequacy and proper adjustment to our rapidly changing society.

Considering that Pasig Catholic College is a Catholic school, it is conservative on some level.

The administration imposes rules putting in mind the welfare and safety of their students.

An example of this is the Keep Right policy that instructs students to stay on the right side when in the stairs, corridors, and similar places. Furthermore, the school has numerous security guards who are eager to do their job for the entire institution’s security.

Like most schools in the Philippines, Pasig Catholic College requires students to wear uniforms. Girls wear skirts and blouses, while boys wear pants and white polo shirts. The uniforms may vary depending on the level of students, which are: preschool, elementary, high school, and college.
