As a member of the Operations Team, yours will be a flexible skills-based role that contributes to the efficient and accurate administration of processing for OCR assessments, as well as assisting in a range of tasks that follows the exams processing cycle.      

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?   As an Assessment Processing Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate administration of key functions of our Operations hub. You might be speaking with our UK schools directly, or assisting with examiners in marking our exams. You will maintain the quality standards of our OCR qualifications, meeting deadlines and quality checking output as we go through different processing cycles. Your expertise will be instrumental in making sure that we are able to consistently deliver professional and high quality exams to our students and schools across the UK.   The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

Good MS Excel skills are essential

Experience in a customer service environment

Experience in an administrative role where you have followed multiple processes

Keen eye for details, particularly for data entry and associated quality checks

Exposure to data processing and reporting

Adaptable and able to learn different processes and systems;

Amenable to following UK working hours (3pm – 11pm PHT, with some flexibility) and a hybrid setup in our Makati office

Amenable to complete a skills and competency assessment as part of the hiring process
