Business Analyst
Job Description
- Demonstrated success in process improvement, testing enhancement, or infrastructure uplift initiatives- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, testing practices, and technical infrastructure principles- Experience with patch management, UAT environments, or AWS is highly desirable- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or technical projects Preferred Skills- Exposure to infrastructure and performance testing concepts, especially within AWS environments- Familiarity with regression testing, test automation, and environment management tools and processes- Solid understanding of resilience principles and their integration into IT operations- Exposure to SRE topics such as SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets
