· 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in cloud data science

· Proven experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer or similar role (data science, GenAI)

· Proven data modelling experience in either Financial, Telecommunication, or Marketing sector

· Exposure in Data Engineering principles

· Experience with successfully implementing multiple BAU models in a production grade environment

· Experience leading a group of developers – good to have

· Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture

· Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms

· Highly proficient in writing robust code in Python, Java, and R

· Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)

· Excellent communication skills

· Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

· MBA in Data Science or Statistics - nice to have
