Functional Analyst

Job Description

• Elicit detailed requirements from the business and map it against
functionalities of D365 or the system/app built on it.
• Create functional requirement, estimates, cost/benefit analysis and
functional designs for projects and/or enhancement
• Partner with Product Specialist and advise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
business cases and propose solutions
• Review testing requirements including test plans, test cases, test-data
and interface testing between different applications.
• Work with developers to resolve complex functional issues arising from
system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Provide support to end-users by helping to troubleshoot issues and
escalating to appropriate support teams when necessary
• Work with developers to create the operational or production
readiness documents such as Implementation guidelines, playbook,
troubleshooting guides

Qualification

• Must have experience with enterprise banking processes
and being a product owner
• Functional knowledge and experience Microsoft
Dynamics 365 CRM
• Experience in performing gap analysis between business
requirements and out-of-the box functionality
• Knowledge of Azure Services and Power Automate
is a plus
• Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC),
waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage
multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills -- verbal, written and
presentation.
• Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
