Accuracy when handling data within internal systems and when using Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience of identifying process improvements plus supporting colleagues to implement those improvements

Excellent communication and written skills

Working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders

Providing excellent customer service

Ability to create, review and update compliant documentation

Willing to work following UK hours / mid-shift working pattern (3pm to 12am Manila Time)

Flexibility to follow a hybrid working pattern
