You will also be expected to:
  • Issue resolution that would otherwise hamper progress.
  • Support the Product Manager's and Head of Centre of Excellence's ambitions and direction.
  • Act as Scrum Master if required.
  • Delivery planning and management throughout the lifecycle.
  • Ownership of incident investigation and resolution, being involved in major incidents & problem record resolutions.
  • Help foster an agile mindset and encourage a great team culture
  • Be proactive and willing to take up the challenges
  • Qualification

    What makes you the ideal candidate in this role? You will be an ideal candidate if you have the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience, reaching the desired understanding and the ability to motivate your team members to meet tight deadlines and create a motivational environment. Additionally, knowledge, experience, or expertise in the below would give you an advantage:
  • Knowledgeable in balancing innovation and service stability.
  • Working knowledge of planning tools and delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, ITIL, Jira, Trello.
  • Excellent knowledge and background of the full software development life cycle, with a working knowledge of each of the relevant stages.
  • Excellent relationship management, conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement skills up to Director level.
  • Proven experience in reporting, effective risk & issue management.
  • Track record of successful software delivery in an application development environment.
  • Understanding the agile mindset and know when and how to apply in different situations.
