Employment type: Permanent Location: Makati City, Metro Manila Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.  Work schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM UK time (4:00 PM - 12:00 MN / 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM PH time), adjusting with UK daylight saving changes. Pay range: Php 30,000 to 40,000     Discover a world of endless possibilities with Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a distinguished global academic publisher and assessment organisation proudly affiliated with the prestigious University of Cambridge.   We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Content Specialist to join our UK-based External Communications & Brand Team. You will play a key role in the delivery and development of the corporate social media strategy, as well as support and contribute to a range of digital communications and campaigns aimed at our external audiences around the world.     What will you do as a Social Media & Digital Content Specialist? Work closely with the Head of Social Media & Digital Content and global teams to manage corporate social channels and support digital communications. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Create, edit, and schedule engaging social content (text, graphics, videos)
  • Maintain the content calendar and align with content from other communications, marketing and brand teams
  • Monitor and respond to online interactions and support with brand reputation management
  • Report on content performance and optimize
  • Update website content via CMS
  • Monitor social trends and suggest new approaches
  • Proactively contribute creative ideas to global brand and communications campaigns

    Qualification

  • Proficient in English with strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience managing brand social media for an international organization
  • Degree in marketing/communications or relevant qualification
  • Strong IT skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, CMS
  • Proven track record in engaging digital content and multimedia creation
  • Knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Analytical, results-driven, and skilled in time management and organization
