Test Manager
Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan, including timelines, resources, and methodologies
•
Oversee the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and non-functional aspects of different IT projects
•
Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
•
Prepare & present testing reports, including test results and defect analysis
•
Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testing
•
Collaborate with the SI vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding system specifications
•
Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
•

Qualification
10+ years relevant experience
•
Experience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g. Karate, HP ALM, JIRA etc.)
•
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
•
Experience in performance and security testing
•
Experience in branch teller system is preferred but not required
•
