Portfolio Management Officer
Job Description
Manage large-scale portfolio consisting of 8 complex programs running in parallel, with activities in the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing) across one or more lines of businessLead the program planning, scheduling, and tracking activities, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated efficientlyPrepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, budget summaries, and meeting minutes, to ensure all stakeholders are informed and alignedOrganizing workshops, and development communication content for internal and external stakeholdersLead in the development and implementation of program management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and program outcomesContribute to risk management efforts by tracking issues and risks, and supporting the development of mitigation strategiesLead change management activities, helping to communicate changes and gather feedback from stakeholders across the organization
Qualification
At least 10 years of relevant experienceMust have solid PMO experienceMust have experience leading large scale IT Banking projectsMust have experience in the Philippines (preferably) market or AsiaMust be able to manage a very large-scale portfolio consisting of up to 8 complex programs running in parallel
