Portfolio Management Officer

Job Description

  • Manage large-scale portfolio consisting of 8 complex programs running in parallel, with activities in the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing) across one or more lines of business
  • Lead the program planning, scheduling, and tracking activities, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, budget summaries, and meeting minutes, to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned
  • Organizing workshops, and development communication content for internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead in the development and implementation of program management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and program outcomes
  • Contribute to risk management efforts by tracking issues and risks, and supporting the development of mitigation strategies
  • Lead change management activities, helping to communicate changes and gather feedback from stakeholders across the organization
  • Qualification

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Must have solid PMO experience
  • Must have experience leading large scale IT Banking projects
  • Must have experience in the Philippines (preferably) market or Asia
  • Must be able to manage a very large-scale portfolio consisting of up to 8 complex programs running in parallel
