SAP Basis Admin S4HANA
Job Description
• Manage, monitor, tune, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues on all SAP instance pipelines, related applications, and operating systems.
• Install Support Package Stacks, Enhancement Packages, move transports through the system pipelines via ChaRM, TMS.
• Provide SAP Application, Database, and Operating system support as defined by the Technical Applications Manager and adhere to the service level agreements we have in place with the businesses.
• Plan and manage the application, database or operating system upgrades, and related activities to ensure that service levels, objectives, and schedules are met.
• Document processes and procedures and communicate them to the Basis team and internal and external IT customers

Qualification
• This position requires hands-on expertise to perform support pack/enhancement pack installations, and upgrades in S4/HANA, BW/4HANA, FIORI, BODS, SLT, GTS, ECC, CRM, HCM, Success Factors, GRC, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and SAP cloud-delivered solutions BTP, ARIBA, CPI.
