Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a passion for AI and Microsoft technologies to lead and deliver high-impact projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving project success through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations. Your ability to navigate complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of AI and Microsoft trends will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & ExecutionDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success. Facilitate regular check-ins, status updates, and governance meetings.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members. Coordinate with technical teams, ensuring seamless execution of Microsoft and AI-driven solutions.
4. Risk Management & Problem-Solving
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve challenges. Adapt to changing project dynamics and ensure minimal impact on deliverables.
5. AI & Microsoft Technologies Focus
Stay up to date on AI trends and Microsoft solutions, leveraging them to enhance project delivery. Advocate for best practices in AI adoption and Microsoft technology integration. Work closely with SMEs to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
