Integration Delivery Manager
Job Description
• Understanding the technical and business requirements of both the new Branch Teller System and existing interfacing systems
• Develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan with existing interfacing systems
• Manage and coordinate the overall integration workstream, monitoring the progress, and regularly liaising with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Software & System Integration vendors, owners of interfacing systems, etc.)
• Identify risks and issues, surface them to the program leadership and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation actions
• Regularly update key stakeholders on the progress, risks, issues etc.

Qualification
• 10+ years' relevant experience
• Must have experience leading Integration workstreams in large scale IT/ Technology implementations in banking sector (highly prefer experience with Core Banking projects such as Temenos, Finacle or Branch Banking Systems)
• Must have experience with both API based and file-based integrations
• Must have experience in Philippines market or Asia
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
